Now hiring: Coach, baseball at Wentworth Sports Complex in Hamilton, ON. The successful candidate must be available to start work as soon as possible. Position status: Permanent employment or Full time. Shift timings include: Evening, Night, Weekend, Shift.

Job Description

• The candidate must carry out management duties.
• The candidate must develop well-planned competitive schedules and programs.
• The candidate must perform clerical duties, such as maintaining filing systems.
• The candidate must plan, develop, and implement training and practice sessions.
• The candidate must participate in coaching clinic instruction.
• The candidate must analyze and evaluate athletes’ or teams’ performance.
• The candidate must observe and evaluate prospective athletes’ skills and performance.
• The candidate must prepare teaching materials and course outlines.
• The candidate must assemble mechanical equipment.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• There are no standard education requirements, such as a bachelor's degree, a certificate, or a diploma.

Work Setting

• The candidate must work in a children’s program to organize activities, supervise participants, and support their educational, social, and recreational development.
