CNC machining tool operator

Granite Warehouse Inc. ( Leduc, AB) is currently looking for a skilled CNC machining tool operator. We are looking for a candidate with strong interpersonal skills to start as soon as possible. We are offering a Permanent employment or Full time opportunity.

Job Description

• The candidate must operate and set up machines for repetitive machining operations.
• The candidate must verify dimensions of machined parts using precise measuring instruments (e.g., micrometers, calipers).
• The candidate must prepare etching solutions and immerse metal parts to remove unwanted portions.
• The candidate must perform routine maintenance on equipment and machinery.
• The candidate must enter CNC codes specifying speed, feed and tool paths.
• The candidate must clean and maintain workspaces.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• The candidate must have excellent oral communication skills.
• The candidate must be reliable.

• The candidate should have an eye for detail.
• The candidate must have excellent hand-eye coordination.
