Envirosafe Janitorial Inc. ( Courtenay, BC) is currently looking for a skilled Cleaning supervisor. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join and begin duties immediately. Terms of employment: Permanent employment or Full time. Work schedule: Overtime required, Early morning, Morning, Day, Evening, Night, Weekend, Shift, Flexible hours, Overtime available.

Job Description

• The candidate must supervise and coordinate the activities of workers.
• The candidate must inspect sites or facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness standards.
• The candidate must assist cleaners in performing duties.
• The candidate must coordinate work activities with other departments.
• The candidate must establish work schedules.
• The candidate must address and resolve customers' complaints or concerns professionally.
• The candidate must provide staff training.
• The candidate must perform light cleaning duties.
• The candidate must provide exceptional customer service.
• The candidate must ensure adherence to safety regulations.

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• The candidate should be client-focused.
