Cleaning supervisor

Envirosafe Janitorial Inc. is situated in Coldstream, BC and is hiring a Cleaning supervisor to join the team. Ideally suited for a motivated individual ready to join the team immediately. This is a Permanent employment or Full time position. Shift timings include: Overtime required, Early morning, Morning, Day, Evening, Night, Weekend, Shift, Flexible hours, Overtime available.

Job Description

• The candidate must hire and train cleaning staff or arrange appropriate training programs.
• The candidate must supervise and coordinate the activities of workers.
• The candidate must inspect sites or facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness standards.
• The candidate must prepare budgets and cost estimates.
• The candidate must maintain financial records.
• The candidate must receive payment for specialized cleaning jobs.
• The candidate must assist cleaners in performing duties.
• The candidate must coordinate work activities with other departments.
• The candidate must establish work schedules.
• The candidate must demonstrate professionalism in customer service.
