Spruce'd ( Whitehorse, YT) is currently looking for a skilled Cleaner supervisor. This position requires the successful applicant to begin duties at the earliest opportunity. Position status: Permanent employment - Part time leading to full time. Shift timings include: Early morning, Morning, Day, Evening, Night, Weekend.

Job Description

• The candidate must supervise and coordinate the activities of workers.
• The candidate must inspect sites or facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness standards.
• The candidate must assist cleaners in performing duties.
• The candidate must establish work schedules.
• The candidate must hire, train, and supervise staff.
• The candidate must set staff work schedules efficiently.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• The candidate should be client-focused.
• The candidate must be dependable.
• The candidate should have efficient interpersonal skills.
• The candidate must have excellent oral communication skills.
• The candidate must have excellent written communication skills.
• The candidate must be flexible.
• The candidate must show initiative.
• The candidate must be reliable.

Work Setting

• The candidate must perform work from their own home, managing tasks remotely while maintaining productivity and effective communication.
• The candidate must work in a client’s or residential home to provide services, maintenance, or care as required.
