Pharma Medica Research Inc. ( Scarborough, ON) is currently looking for a skilled Cleaner. This position requires the successful applicant to begin duties at the earliest opportunity. We are offering a Permanent employment - Part time opportunity. The schedule involves Early morning, Evening, Night, Weekend, Shift, Overtime available shifts.

Job Description

• The candidate must sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors.
• The candidate must dust furniture.
• The candidate must vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture.
• The candidate must clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances.
• The candidate must clean and disinfect elevators.
• The candidate must pick up debris and empty trash containers.
• The candidate must clean changing rooms and showers.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• The ideal candidate will have at least 1 to 2 years of experience in a related industry.
• The candidate must be able to handle a weight of up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
• The candidate must be punctual.
• The candidate must be dependable.
• The candidate must have excellent oral communication skills.
• The candidate must be reliable.

Work Setting

• The candidate should work in an urban area with a high population density.
• The candidate must work in a hospital, medical facility, or clinic, including departments or outpatient centres focused on sports medicine, rehabilitation, or wellness.
• The candidate must work in waste disposal and refuse systems to manage collection, processing, and disposal operations safely and efficiently.
• The candidate must work in repair and maintenance services to inspect, troubleshoot, and restore equipment, machinery, or facilities to proper working condition, ensuring safety and quality standards are met.
