Gorilla Property Services Victoria is situated in Sooke, BC and is hiring a Cleaner, building exteriors to join the team. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join and begin duties immediately. Terms of employment: Permanent employment or Full time. Flexible availability required for: Overtime required, Morning, Day, Weekend.

Job Description

• The candidate must operate cleaning machines safely and efficiently.
• The candidate must clean ducts, vents, and filters of furnaces.
• The candidate must clean building exteriors, tanks, chimneys, and industrial equipment.
• The candidate must wash and clean interior and exterior windows and other glass surfaces.
• The candidate must provide exceptional customer service.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation or equivalent experience.
• A candidate with experience is an asset.
• The candidate must be able to handle a weight of up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
• The candidate must be able to handle a weight of up to 45 kg (100 lbs).
• The candidate should be client-focused.
• The candidate must be dependable.
• The candidate should have efficient interpersonal skills.
• The candidate must have excellent oral communication skills.
• The candidate must have excellent written communication skills.
• The candidate must be flexible.
• The candidate must be well-organized.

Work Site Environment

• The candidate will be required to work long hours in an outdoor environment.
• The candidate must be able to work at heights.
