Job Description

The candidate must assess the children’s development in order to prepare a learning plan tailored to their needs.
The candidate must maintain daycare equipment.
The candidate must supervise staff, trainees, or volunteers.
The candidate must synthesize the overall situation of the children and communicate the information to the parents.
The candidate must assist early childhood educators in carrying out programs that promote the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children.
The candidate must lead activities by telling or reading stories, teaching songs, and taking children to local points of interest.
The candidate must encourage children to express creativity through art, dramatic play, music, and physical activities.
The candidate must prepare snacks and arrange rooms or furniture for lunch and rest periods.

Job Requirements

The candidate must be fluent in French.
The candidate must have a College/CEGEP diploma.
