Laugh and Learn Children Centre Ltd is situated in New Westminster, BC and is hiring a Child-care centre director to join the team. We are looking for a candidate with strong interpersonal skills to start as soon as possible. Terms of employment: Permanent employment or Full time.

Job Description

• The candidate must evaluate the delivery of social and community service programs.
• The candidate must plan and organize the delivery of social and community service programs.
• The candidate must hire and provide training for professional and non-professional staff.
• The candidate must direct and advise professional and non-professional staff.
• The candidate must establish administrative procedures.
• The candidate must plan, administer, and control budgets for projects, programs, support services, and equipment.
• The candidate must represent their respective organizations for the purpose of government liaison and media relations.
• The candidate must resolve conflict situations.
• The candidate must provide coaching.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a College/CEGEP diploma.
• The candidate must have 3 to less than 5 years of experience in a related field.
