Chief administrative officer (cao)

CENTRE D'HEBERGEMENT ET DE SOINS LONGUE DURÉE BOURGET INC ( Pointe-aux-Trembles, QC) is currently looking for a skilled Chief administrative officer (cao). This position requires the successful applicant to begin duties at the earliest opportunity. Terms of employment: Permanent employment or Full time. Required shifts: Day.

Job Description

• The candidate must establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs.
• The candidate must select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff, delegate the necessary authority, and create optimum working conditions.
• The candidate must supervise staff.
• The candidate must negotiate collective agreements on behalf of employers or workers.
• The candidate must prepare other statistical, financial, and accounting reports.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in French.
• The candidate must have a College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 to 2 years.
• Or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
