SIZZLER BBQ CATERING Since 1980 is situated in Cornwall, PE and is hiring a Catering supervisor to join the team. This position requires the successful applicant to begin duties at the earliest opportunity. This role offers Seasonal employment - Part time leading to full time employment. Flexible availability required for: Day, Evening, Night, Weekend, On call.

Job Description

• The candidate must supervise and coordinate the activities of staff responsible for food preparation and portioning.
• The candidate must train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
• The candidate must ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• There are no standard education requirements, such as a bachelor's degree, a certificate, or a diploma.

Work Setting

• The candidate should work in various locations when employees are scattered across different worksites.
• The candidate must be able to work in an on-site customer service environment, such as an office or business location.
• The candidate should work in decoration delivery, banquet arrangement, table setup, and menu design and preparation in a catering firm.

• The candidate must have a valid driver’s licence.
