Five Forks Bar & Grill Ltd. in Mission, BC is inviting applications for the position of Catering service manager. This position requires the successful applicant to begin duties at the earliest opportunity. Position status: Permanent employment or Full time.

Job Description

• The candidate must evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• The candidate must plan and organize daily operations effectively.
• The candidate must recruit staff.
• The candidate must set staff work schedules efficiently.
• The candidate must train staff to ensure proficiency in their roles.
• The candidate must determine the types of services to be offered and implement appropriate operational procedures.
• The candidate must organize and maintain inventory.
• The candidate must ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
• The candidate must negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies.
• The candidate must negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities.
• The candidate must address and resolve customers' complaints or concerns professionally.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• The candidate must have 2 to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
