Cashier

Petro Canada is situated in Rimbey, AB and is hiring a Cashier to join the team. The successful candidate must be available to start work as soon as possible. Terms of employment: Permanent employment or Full time. Required shifts: Early morning, Morning, Day, Evening, Weekend, On call, Flexible hours.

Job Description

• The candidate must operate the cash register accurately.
• The candidate must scan items.
• The candidate must tabulate total payment for goods or services required.
• The candidate must receive payment for goods or services.
• The candidate must calculate daily/shift payments received and reconcile with total sales.
• The candidate must perform suggestive selling.
• The candidate must stock shelves and clean counter areas.
• The candidate must greet customers.
• The candidate must wrap or place merchandise in bags.
• The candidate must provide exceptional customer service.
• The candidate must participate in promotional activities.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• No experience required. The employer will provide training to the selected candidate.
• The candidate must be flexible.
• The candidate must be a good team player.
• The candidate must be reliable.
