H.M.A. Framing & RenovationLTD in Okotoks, AB is inviting applications for the position of Carpenter. Ideally suited for a motivated individual ready to join the team immediately. This role offers Permanent employment or Full time employment.

Job Description

• The candidate must prepare layouts in conformance with building codes, using measuring tools.
• The candidate must measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel, and other materials.
• The candidate must build foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring, and erect walls and roof systems.
• The candidate must fit and install windows, doors, stairs, mouldings, and hardware.
• The candidate must supervise other workers.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• The candidate must have 2 to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
• The candidate must be reliable.
• The candidate must be a good team player.
