Contain Your Stuff Storage Victoria ( Victoria, BC) is currently looking for a skilled Caretaker, building. The successful candidate must be available to start work as soon as possible. Position status: Permanent employment - Part time. Shift timings include: Morning, Evening, Weekend, On call, Flexible hours, To be determined.

Job Description

• The candidate must empty trash cans and other waste containers.
• The candidate must perform opening and closing activities.
• The candidate must make minor adjustments and repairs as required.
• The candidate must demonstrate professionalism in customer service.
• The candidate must perform general cleaning duties, including sweeping and mopping floors.
• The candidate must provide exceptional customer service.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• Or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• The candidate must be able to handle a weight of up to 23 kg (50 lbs).

Additional Information

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities

• The candidate must be willing to work long hours in bending, crouching, and kneeling positions.
• The candidate must be willing to walk for long periods of time.

Security and Safety

• The candidate must undergo a criminal record check.
