Car wash manager

Splashes Wash Lodge in Surrey, BC is inviting applications for the position of Car wash manager. The successful candidate must be available to start work as soon as possible. This is a Permanent employment or Full time position. The schedule involves Early morning, Morning, Day, Evening, Weekend shifts.

Job Description

• The candidate must direct and control daily operations.
• The candidate must evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• The candidate must plan and control budget and inventory.
• The candidate must hire, train, and supervise staff.
• The candidate must address and resolve customers' complaints or concerns professionally.
• The candidate must respond to employee questions and complaints.
• The candidate must clean and make minor repairs to vehicles.
• The candidate must demonstrate professionalism in customer service.
• The candidate must clean and maintain workspaces.
• The candidate must operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove debris and refuse.
• The candidate must test drive vehicles to ensure proper handling and performance.
• The candidate must resolve complaints and claims.
• The candidate must plan repair work to be performed.
• The candidate must inspect repaired vehicles.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• Equivalent professional experience accepted.
• The candidate should be client-focused.
• The candidate must have good judgement skills.
• The candidate must be well-organized.
• The candidate must be reliable.
• The candidate must be a good team player.
• The candidate must show initiative.

• The work site environment is noisy, and the candidate must be able to work with complete concentration even in such conditions.
• The candidate must work in an environment with a high concentration of odours.
• The candidate must be able to work in dusty conditions.
