Town Car Rental Ltd. is situated in Winnipeg, MB and is hiring a Car leasing branch manager to join the team. Ideally suited for a motivated individual ready to join the team immediately. We are offering a Permanent employment or Full time opportunity. The schedule involves Early morning, Morning, Day, Evening, Weekend shifts.

Job Description

• The candidate must direct and control daily operations.
• The candidate must evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• The candidate must plan and organize daily operations effectively.
• The candidate must manage staff and assign duties to ensure smooth operations.
• The candidate must study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes, and the effect of competitors’ operations on sales.
• The candidate must determine which merchandise and services are to be sold.
• The candidate must implement price and credit policies.
• The candidate must develop and implement marketing strategies.
• The candidate must plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses.
• The candidate must determine staffing requirements.
• The candidate must resolve issues that arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
• The candidate must recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 to 2 years or equivalent experience.
• The ideal candidate will have at least 1 to 2 years of experience in a related industry.
• The candidate must be efficient.
• The candidate must maintain a positive attitude.
• The candidate should be client-focused.
• The candidate must have good judgement skills.

Work Setting

• The candidate should work in an urban area with a high population density.
• The candidate must work in a car rental agency to assist customers, manage vehicle inventory, and support daily rental operations.
