Mrs. Dunster's in Moncton, NB is seeking a self-motivated Cake and pastry decorator - retail. We are looking for a candidate with strong interpersonal skills to start as soon as possible. Position status: Permanent employment or Full time. Flexible availability required for: Early morning, Morning, Day, Weekend.

Job Description

• The candidate must prepare doughs, batters, icings, and frostings according to recipes or special customer orders.
• The candidate must prepare pastry for special occasions, such as weddings and birthdays.
• The candidate must bake mixed dough and batters.
• The candidate must frost and decorate cakes and baked goods.
• The candidate must organize and maintain inventory.
• The candidate must clean kitchen and work areas.
