Cafeteria cook

Céd'ici ( Fredericton, NB) is currently looking for a skilled Cafeteria cook. We are looking for a candidate with strong interpersonal skills to start as soon as possible. This role offers Seasonal employment - Part time employment. The schedule involves Day, On call shifts.

Job Description

• The candidate must determine appropriate food portion sizes and associated costs.
• The candidate must plan menus and estimate food requirements for preparation.
• The candidate must prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and food items.
• The candidate must inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure compliance with hygiene standards.
• The candidate must order supplies and equipment.
• The candidate must supervise kitchen staff and helpers.
• The candidate must maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
• The candidate must clean kitchen and work areas.
• The candidate must manage kitchen operations.
• The candidate must manually pack goods into bags, boxes, or other containers.
