Coffee Shack ( Langford, BC) is currently looking for a skilled Café manager. The successful candidate must be available to start work as soon as possible. We are offering a Permanent employment or Full time opportunity. Required shifts: Early morning, Morning, Day, Evening, Weekend.

Job Description

• The candidate must monitor staff performance.
• The candidate must plan and organize daily operations effectively.
• The candidate must supervise staff.
• The candidate must train staff to ensure proficiency in their roles.
• The candidate must balance cash, prepare balance sheets, cash reports, and related financial documentation.
• The candidate must cost products and services.
• The candidate must organize and maintain inventory.
• The candidate must ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
• The candidate must lead and instruct individuals.
• The candidate must address and resolve customers' complaints or concerns professionally.
• The candidate must provide exceptional customer service.
