BANDRA CAFE WHITE ROCK INC ( White Rock, BC) is currently looking for a skilled Café manager. This position requires the successful applicant to begin duties at the earliest opportunity. This role offers Permanent employment or Full time employment.

Job Description

• The candidate must analyze budgets to increase and maintain restaurant profits.
• The candidate must develop budgets to determine the cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen supplies, and cleaning supplies.
• The candidate must evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• The candidate must modify food preparation methods and menu prices to align with the restaurant budget.
• The candidate must plan and organize daily operations effectively.
• The candidate must supervise staff.
• The candidate must train staff to ensure proficiency in their roles.
• The candidate must cost products and services.
• The candidate must ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
• The candidate must participate in marketing plans and implementation.
• The candidate must address and resolve customers' complaints or concerns professionally.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a College/CEGEP diploma.
