ICM Fabrication inc. ( Terrebonne, QC) is currently looking for a skilled Cabinet assembler and wood furniture maker foreman/woman. Ideally suited for a motivated individual ready to join the team immediately. We are offering a Permanent employment or Full time opportunity. The schedule involves Early morning, Morning, Day, Overtime available, , 07:00 to 16:15 shifts.

Job Description

• The candidate must prepare and submit reports.
• The candidate must recommend measures to improve productivity.
• The candidate must resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
• The candidate must train or arrange for training of staff.
• The candidate must oversee the safety of operations.
• The candidate must recommend personnel actions.

Work Setting

• The candidate should work in an urban area with a high population density.
• The candidate should work in a custom cabinet shop to install kitchen and bathroom cabinets and fittings to new or renovation work and shop fittings.
