Lafford Developments Ltd. ( Sackville, NB) is currently looking for a skilled Building superintendent. The successful candidate must be available to start work as soon as possible. This is a Emploi permanent or Temps plein Poste. The schedule involves Early morning, Morning, Day, Evening, Night, Weekend, On call, Flexible hours Quart de travails.

• The candidate must sweep, mop, scrub, et la wax hallways, floors, et la stairs.
• The candidate must operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove debris et la refuse.
• The candidate must empty trash cans et la other waste containers.
• The candidate must wash windows, interior walls, et la ceilings.
• The candidate must make adjustments et la minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, et la electrical systems et la contact tradespersons for major repairs.
• The candidate must perform minor repairs on appliances.
• The candidate must perform safety et la Sécurité checks.
• The candidate must perform other routine maintenance jobs such as painting et la drywall repair.
• The candidate must water et la tend to plants, lawns, et la/or gardens.
• The candidate must clean snow et la ice from walkways et la parking areas.
