This position requires the successful applicant to begin duties at the earliest opportunity. This role offers Permanent employment or Full time employment. Work schedule: Early morning, Morning, Day, Evening.

Job Description

• The candidate must make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems and contact tradespersons for major repairs.
• The candidate must contact contractors for repairs and maintenance of the establishment.
• The candidate must perform minor repairs on appliances.
• The candidate must perform safety and security checks.
• The candidate must perform other routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair.
• The candidate must coordinate maintenance activities of trade contractors.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must hold a certificate or diploma in a related trade.
