Kind Hearted Company ( Victoria, BC) is currently looking for a skilled Building exterior cleaner. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join and begin duties immediately. Terms of employment: Permanent employment - Part time. Work schedule: Morning, Day, Evening, Weekend, Shift, On call.

Job Description

• The candidate must clean ducts, vents, and filters of furnaces.
• The candidate must clean building exteriors, tanks, chimneys, and industrial equipment.
• The candidate must clean the interior and exterior of motor vehicles.
• The candidate must wash and clean interior and exterior windows and other glass surfaces.
• The candidate must wax and polish floors.
• The candidate must provide exceptional customer service.
• The candidate must work at heights, on scaffolding or swing stages.
• The candidate must perform minor property maintenance.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• There are no standard education requirements, such as a bachelor's degree, a certificate, or a diploma.

Work Site Environment

• The candidate will be required to work long hours in an outdoor environment.

Additional Information

Transportation/travel information

• The candidate must have their own vehicle.
• The candidate must have a valid driver’s licence.
