Innovative Facility Care Inc in New Minas, NS is inviting applications for the position of Building cleaner. We are looking for a candidate with strong interpersonal skills to start as soon as possible. We are offering a Permanent employment - Part time opportunity. Work schedule: Weekend.

Job Description

• The candidate must sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors.
• The candidate must provide basic information on facilities.
• The candidate must pick up debris and empty trash containers.
• The candidate must address and resolve customers' complaints or concerns professionally.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• There are no standard education requirements, such as a bachelor's degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
• The candidate must be able to handle a weight of up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
• The candidate must be punctual.
• The candidate should be client-focused.

• The candidate must show initiative.
• The candidate must be reliable.

• The candidate must have the ability to work independently.
