Sorrento Bakery ( Niagara Falls, ON) is currently looking for a skilled Bread baker. This position requires the successful applicant to begin duties at the earliest opportunity. This is a Permanent employment or Full time position. Work schedule: Evening, Night.

Job Description

• The candidate must prepare doughs, batters, icings, and frostings according to recipes or special customer orders.
• The candidate must requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
• The candidate must bake mixed dough and batters.
• The candidate must prepare special orders.
• The candidate must ensure that the quality of products meets established standards.
• The candidate must operate machinery.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• Or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• The candidate must be accurate.
• The candidate must be dependable.
• The candidate must have good judgement skills.
• The candidate must be reliable.
• The candidate must be a good team player.

Work Setting

• The candidate must be able to work in a bake shop.
• The candidate should work in a large volume bakery; bakers bake and sell fresh baked goods throughout the day and night, sometimes on weekends.
