Peninsula Apiaries Ltd in Upper Gagetown, NB is seeking a self-motivated Beekeeper. We are looking for a candidate with strong interpersonal skills to start as soon as possible. Position status: Seasonal employment or Full time. Flexible availability required for: Day, Night, Weekend.

Job Description

• The candidate must maintain the bee yard and beekeeping equipment.
• The candidate must work with honey bees.
• The candidate must maintain farm machinery, equipment, and buildings.
• The candidate must perform general farm duties.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• There are no standard education requirements, such as a bachelor's degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
• The candidate must be a good team player.
• The candidate should have an eye for detail.
• The candidate must be willing to work long hours in bending, crouching, and kneeling positions.
• The candidate should be required to handle heavy loads as part of routine work.
• The candidate must perform physically demanding tasks as part of their daily work.
• The candidate must be willing to work in a standing position for extended periods.

Work Site Environment

• The candidate will be required to work long hours in an outdoor environment.
• The candidate must work in all weather conditions.
