LA PETITE SPA ( Smithers, BC) is currently looking for a skilled Beautician. This position requires the successful applicant to begin duties at the earliest opportunity. Position status: Permanent employment or Full time. Required shifts: Morning, Day, Evening, Weekend, Shift, On call, Overtime available.

Job Description

• The candidate must advise on beauty products suited to customers' colouring and skin type.
• The candidate must perform facials.
• The candidate must repair and mask aesthetic defects.
• The candidate must provide product demonstrations.
• The candidate must sell establishment products.
• The candidate must perform relaxation massage.
• The candidate must perform skin care treatments.
• The candidate must perform waxing services.
• The candidate must refer clients with unusual skin conditions to physicians.
• The candidate must provide exceptional customer service.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.

Work Setting

• The candidate should work in an esthetician's salon in spas, salons, wellness clinics, and other offices to provide skin health services.
• The candidate must be able to work in a spa centre.

• The candidate should have an eye for detail.
• The candidate must be willing to work long hours in various positions, including those that require sitting, standing, and walking, as well as those that involve physical activity.
