Entourage sur-le-Lac ( Lac-Beauport, QC) is currently looking for a skilled Banquet manager. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join and begin duties immediately. Terms of employment: Permanent employment or Full time. The schedule involves Early morning, Morning, Day, Evening, Weekend shifts.

Job Description

• The candidate must evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• The candidate must plan and organize daily operations effectively.
• The candidate must set staff work schedules efficiently.
• The candidate must supervise staff.
• The candidate must train staff to ensure proficiency in their roles.
• The candidate must organize and maintain inventory.
• The candidate must provide exceptional customer service.
• The candidate must manage events.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in French.
• The candidate must have a College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 to 2 years.
