The successful candidate must be available to start work as soon as possible. This role offers Permanent employment or Full time employment. The schedule involves Overtime required, Early morning, Morning, Evening, Night, Weekend, Shift shifts.

Job Description

• The candidate must prepare doughs, batters, icings, and frostings according to recipes or special customer orders.
• The candidate must prepare pastry for special occasions, such as weddings and birthdays.
• The candidate must requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
• The candidate must bake mixed dough and batters.
• The candidate must train staff in the preparation, cooking, and handling of food.
• The candidate must prepare special orders.
• The candidate must train staff to ensure proficiency in their roles.
• The candidate must ensure that the quality of products meets established standards.
• The candidate must inspect kitchen and food service areas.
• The candidate must organize and maintain inventory.
• The candidate must prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances.
• The candidate must ensure safety procedures are followed.
• The candidate must determine appropriate food portion sizes and associated costs.
