Fresh Market Foods in Sioux Lookout, ON is inviting applications for the position of Baker. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join and begin duties immediately. Terms of employment: Permanent employment or Full time. Required shifts: Early morning, Evening, Night, Weekend, Flexible hours, Overtime available.

Job Description

• The candidate must prepare doughs, batters, icings, and frostings according to recipes or special customer orders.
• The candidate must requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
• The candidate must bake mixed dough and batters.
• The candidate must frost and decorate cakes and baked goods.
• The candidate must train staff to ensure proficiency in their roles.
• The candidate must ensure that the quality of products meets established standards.
• The candidate must inspect kitchen and food service areas.
• The candidate must operate machinery.
• The candidate must organize and maintain inventory.
• The candidate must plan and maintain production schedules.
• The candidate must provide exceptional customer service.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation or equivalent experience.
• The candidate must have 2 to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
