Darbar Restaurant in Moncton, NB is seeking a self-motivated Baker. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join and begin duties immediately. This is a Permanent employment or Full time position. Required shifts: Day, Evening, Night, Weekend, Flexible hours.

Job Description

• The candidate must requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
• The candidate must bake mixed dough and batters.
• The candidate must supervise baking personnel and kitchen staff.
• The candidate must inspect kitchen and food service areas.
• The candidate must oversee sales and merchandising of baked goods.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation or equivalent experience.
• The candidate must have 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.

Work Setting

• The candidate must work in a bistro to prepare and serve food and beverages, provide excellent customer service, and support daily restaurant operations.
