Boulangerie Le Farinographe in Rimouski, QC is seeking a self-motivated Baker. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join and begin duties immediately. This is a Permanent employment or Full time position. The schedule involves Early morning, Weekend, Flexible hours, Overtime available shifts.

Job Description

• The candidate must prepare doughs, batters, icings, and frostings according to recipes or special customer orders.
• The candidate must requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
• The candidate must bake mixed dough and batters.
• The candidate must prepare special orders.
• The candidate must frost and decorate cakes and baked goods.
• The candidate must draw up production schedules.
• The candidate must ensure that the quality of products meets established standards.
• The candidate must operate machinery.
• The candidate must organize and maintain inventory.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in French.
• The candidate must hold a certificate or diploma in a related trade.

Work Setting

• The candidate must be able to work in a bake shop.
