Job Description

The candidate must prepare doughs, batters, icings, and frostings according to recipes or special customer orders.
The candidate must bake mixed dough and batters.
The candidate must train staff in the preparation, cooking, and handling of food.
The candidate must supervise baking personnel and kitchen staff.
The candidate must frost and decorate cakes and baked goods.
The candidate must draw up production schedules.
The candidate must ensure that the quality of products meets established standards.
The candidate must organize and maintain inventory.
The candidate must oversee sales and merchandising of baked goods.

Job Requirements

The candidate must be fluent in English.
The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
Or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
