Gao Badminton Tao is situated in Calgary, AB and is hiring a Badminton coach to join the team. We are looking for a candidate with strong interpersonal skills to start as soon as possible. Position status: Permanent employment or Full time. Flexible availability required for: Day, Evening, Weekend, Shift.

Job Description

• The candidate must carry out management duties.
• The candidate must coordinate competitive programs.
• The candidate must develop well-planned competitive schedules and programs.
• The candidate must plan, develop, and implement training and practice sessions.
• The candidate must motivate and prepare athletes or teams for competitive events or games.
• The candidate must analyze and evaluate athletes’ or teams’ performance.
• The candidate must observe and evaluate prospective athletes’ skills and performance.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a College/CEGEP diploma.
• The candidate must demonstrate leadership.
• The candidate must be dependable.
• The candidate should have efficient interpersonal skills.
• The candidate must have excellent oral communication skills.
• The candidate must be flexible.
• The candidate must show initiative.
• The candidate must be interpersonally aware.
