Thompson Ford Sales Ltd. ( Thompson, MB) is currently looking for a skilled Automotive repair technical advisor. Ideally suited for a motivated individual ready to join the team immediately. This role offers Permanent employment or Full time employment.

Job Description

• The candidate must address and resolve customers' complaints or concerns professionally.
• The candidate must answer inquiries and provide information to customers.
• The candidate must arrange for billing for services.
• The candidate must arrange for refunds and credits.
• The candidate must issue receipts and other forms.
• The candidate must receive payments.
• The candidate must answer clients' inquiries and provide information.
• The candidate must provide cost estimates for projects or services.
• The candidate must greet customers.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation or equivalent experience.
• The ideal candidate will have at least 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related industry.

Work Setting

• The candidate must work in repair and maintenance services to inspect, troubleshoot, and restore equipment, machinery, or facilities to proper working condition, ensuring safety and quality standards are met.
