Automotive repair technical advisor

ST-ONGE FORD INC. in Shawinigan, QC is seeking a self-motivated Automotive repair technical advisor. This position requires the successful applicant to begin duties at the earliest opportunity. This is a Permanent employment or Full time position. Work schedule: Day.

Job Description

• The candidate must answer inquiries and provide information to customers.
• The candidate must arrange for billing for services.
• The candidate must arrange for refunds and credits.
• The candidate must explain the type and cost of services offered.
• The candidate must issue receipts and other forms.
• The candidate must maintain records and statistics.
• The candidate must order office supplies and maintain inventory.
• The candidate must perform general office duties.
• The candidate must receive payments.
• The candidate must explain procedures, risks, and benefits to clients.
• The candidate must consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support.
• The candidate must monitor insurance claims and respond to clients’ enquiries.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in French.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
