Automotive mechanic helper

OK Tire ( Williams Lake, BC) is currently looking for a skilled Automotive mechanic helper. Ideally suited for a motivated individual ready to join the team immediately. We are offering a Permanent employment or Full time opportunity. Shift timings include: Morning, Day, Weekend, Shift.

Job Description

• The candidate must move tools, equipment, and other materials.
• The candidate must hold stakes during surveying activities.
• The candidate must signal safety procedures to other workers and the general public.
• The candidate must help tradespersons, apprentices, and other workers as directed.
• The candidate must clean machines and immediate work areas.
• The candidate must assist in the operation, repair and maintenance of equipment.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• The ideal candidate will have at least 1 to 2 years of experience in a related industry.
• The candidate should have efficient interpersonal skills.
• The candidate must be well-organized.
• The candidate must be a good team player.

Work Site Environment

• The work site environment is noisy, and the candidate must be able to work with complete concentration even in such conditions.
