Almond Nail Bar in Winnipeg, MB is seeking a self-motivated Assistant spa manager. Ideally suited for a motivated individual ready to join the team immediately. Position status: Permanent employment or Full time. Flexible availability required for: Morning, Day, Evening, Weekend.

Job Description

• The candidate must direct and control daily operations.
• The candidate must plan and organize daily operations effectively.
• The candidate must establish or implement policies and procedures for staff.
• The candidate must address and resolve customers' complaints or concerns professionally.
• The candidate must perform pedicures.
• The candidate must perform manicures.
• The candidate must provide exceptional customer service.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• The candidate should be client-focused.
• The candidate should have efficient interpersonal skills.
• The candidate must be well-organized.
• The candidate must be reliable.
• The candidate should have an eye for detail.
• The candidate must be willing to work long hours in various positions, including those that require sitting, standing, and walking, as well as those that involve physical activity.

Work Setting

• The candidate must be able to work in a spa center.
