Maxi in Amos, QC is seeking a self-motivated Assistant manager - retail trade. The successful candidate must be available to start work as soon as possible. Terms of employment: Permanent employment or Full time. The schedule involves Early morning, Morning, Day, Evening, Night, Weekend shifts.

Job Description

• The candidate must direct and control daily operations.
• The candidate must evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• The candidate must plan and organize daily operations effectively.
• The candidate must manage staff and assign duties to ensure smooth operations.
• The candidate must determine which merchandise and services are to be sold.
• The candidate must plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses.
• The candidate must determine staffing requirements.
• The candidate must resolve issues that arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
• The candidate must recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers.
• The candidate must oversee payroll administration.
• The candidate must conduct performance reviews.
• The candidate must supervise office and volunteer staff.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in French.
• There are no standard education requirements, such as a bachelor's degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
