The candidate must consult user guides, technical manuals, and other resources to research and implement solutions.
The candidate must provide advice and training to users in response to identified difficulties.
The candidate must collect, organize, and maintain a problems-and-solutions log for use by technical support analysts.
The candidate must supervise other technical support workers in the group.
The candidate must provide business systems, network, and Internet support to users in response to identified difficulties.
The candidate must set up equipment for employee use, ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, or appropriate software.
The candidate must provide exceptional customer service.
The candidate must manage incidents.

Job Requirements

The candidate must be fluent in English.
The candidate must have a College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 to 2 years.
