McDonald's ( L'Ancienne-Lorette, QC) is currently looking for a skilled Assistant manager, fast food. Ideally suited for a motivated individual ready to join the team immediately. We are offering a Permanent employment or Full time opportunity. The schedule involves Early morning, Morning, Day, Evening, Night, Weekend shifts.

Job Description

• The candidate must evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• The candidate must monitor staff performance.
• The candidate must plan and organize daily operations effectively.
• The candidate must supervise staff.
• The candidate must train staff to ensure proficiency in their roles.
• The candidate must ensure health and safety regulations are followed.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English or French.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
