Assistant kitchen manager

Leopold's Tavern Transcona in Winnipeg, MB is seeking a self-motivated Assistant kitchen manager. The successful candidate must be available to start work as soon as possible. This role offers Permanent employment or Full time employment. Shift timings include: Early morning, Morning, Day, Evening, Night, Weekend.

Job Description

• The candidate must requisition food and kitchen supplies as needed.
• The candidate must train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
• The candidate must estimate ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation.
• The candidate must hire food service staff.
• The candidate must ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
• The candidate must prepare budgets and cost estimates.
• The candidate must address and resolve customers' complaints or concerns professionally.
• The candidate must maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
• The candidate must prepare and submit reports.
• The candidate must maintain knowledge of the establishment's culinary genres.
• The candidate must supervise and check the assembly of trays.
• The candidate must supervise and check the delivery of food trolleys.
• The candidate must establish work schedules.
