Architecture Panel Inc. is situated in White Rock, BC and is hiring a Architect to join the team. We are looking for a candidate with strong interpersonal skills to start as soon as possible. Terms of employment: Permanent employment or Full time.

Job Description

• The candidate must consult with clients to determine the type, style, and purpose of renovations or new building construction being considered.
• The candidate must generate building plans and detailed drawings to be used by contractors and tradespersons.
• The candidate must participate in contract negotiations.
• The candidate must prepare documents showing both the structural needs and the materials required for construction.
• The candidate must conceptualize and design buildings and develop plans describing design specifications, building materials, costs, and construction schedules.
• The candidate must conduct feasibility studies and financial analyses of building projects.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must possess a master’s degree in a relevant field.
• The candidate must have 2 to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
