Job Description
- The candidate must consult with clients to determine the type, style, and purpose of renovations or new building construction being considered.
- The candidate must generate building plans and detailed drawings to be used by contractors and tradespersons.
- The candidate must participate in contract negotiations.
- The candidate must prepare documents showing both the structural needs and the materials required for construction.
- The candidate must conceptualize and design buildings and develop plans describing design specifications, building materials, costs, and construction schedules.
- The candidate must conduct feasibility studies and financial analyses of building projects.
Job Requirements
- The candidate must be fluent in English.
- The candidate must possess a master’s degree in a relevant field.
