Universal Realty Group is situated in Halifax, NS and is hiring a Apartment building concierge to join the team. Ideally suited for a motivated individual ready to join the team immediately. This role offers Permanent employment or Full time employment. Required shifts: Morning, Day, Evening, Night, Weekend, Shift.

Job Description

• The candidate must contact contractors for repairs and maintenance of the establishment.
• The candidate must perform safety and security checks.
• The candidate must show apartments and offices to prospective tenants.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• Equivalent professional experience accepted.
• The candidate must be dependable.
• The candidate must have excellent oral communication skills.
• The candidate must have excellent written communication skills.
• The candidate must be flexible.
• The candidate must show initiative.
• The candidate must have good judgement skills.
• The candidate must be well-organized.
• The candidate must be reliable.
• The candidate should be required to perform repetitive tasks frequently.

Work Setting

• The candidate should be able to work in an apartment/condominium, as an office building with two or more individually owned units.
