Montréal Aluminium Solutions ( Dorval, QC) is currently looking for a skilled Anodizing foreman/woman - primary metal processing. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join and begin duties immediately. This is a Permanent employment or Full time position. Work schedule: Evening, Night.

Job Description

• The candidate must recommend measures to improve productivity.
• The candidate must resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
• The candidate must supervise, coordinate, and schedule (and possibly review) activities of workers.
• The candidate must prepare production and other reports.
• The candidate must train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
• The candidate must recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
• The candidate must requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
• The candidate must oversee the safety of operations.
• The candidate must assist process and machine operators in mineral ore and metal processing.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English or French.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• The ideal candidate will have at least 1 to 2 years of experience in a related industry.
