Cropland Solutions Inc is hiring a Agricultural representative to join the team. The successful candidate must be available to start work as soon as possible. We are offering a Permanent employment or Full time opportunity. This position offers the option to work remotely.

Job Description

• The candidate must analyze agricultural data.
• The candidate must lead the sales team in building relationships with business clients and manage negotiations of sales contracts.

• The candidate must have a College/CEGEP diploma.
• The candidate should be client-focused.
• The candidate should have efficient interpersonal skills.
• The candidate must be well-organized.
• The candidate must be a good team player.
• The candidate should have an eye for detail.
• The candidate must have the ability to work independently.

Work Setting

• The candidate should work in various locations when employees are scattered across different worksites.
• The candidate must work from a remote location, performing their duties from a site other than the employer’s central office while maintaining productivity and communication.
• The candidate must work in sales to promote products or services, engage with customers, achieve targets, and support overall business growth.
