Northern Health Region ( The Pas, MB) is currently looking for a skilled Admitting clerk. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join and begin duties immediately. This is a Casual employment - Part time leading to full time position. Flexible availability required for: Day, Evening, Night, Weekend, Shift, On call.

Job Description

• The candidate must greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas.
• The candidate must provide basic information to clients and the public.
• The candidate must obtain and process information required to provide customer service.
• The candidate must operate switchboard or telephone system.
• The candidate must order office supplies.
• The candidate must record and relay information.
• The candidate must schedule and confirm appointments efficiently.
• The candidate must send invoices.
• The candidate must maintain accurate work records and logs.
• The candidate must receive and issue payments.
• The candidate must perform clerical duties, such as filing, sorting, and distributing mail.
• The candidate must answer telephone calls and relay messages accurately.
• The candidate must calculate billing charges.
• The candidate must monitor mobile radio or telephone.
• The candidate must provide directory assistance.
• The candidate must relay service to persons with disabilities.
• The candidate must perform data entry.
• The candidate must provide exceptional customer service.
